About the programme
What is Veniate?
Veniate is the affiliate programme run by Denri Africa for its handcrafted bags, sold at denriafricastores.com and in Denri Africa stores. As a partner you get a personal promo code to share with your audience. Your followers get 10% off their order, and you earn a commission on every eligible sale made with your code.
Link to this answerWho can join?
During the pilot, the programme is open to creators, resellers and community sellers based in Kenya with an M-Pesa number. You need at least one active social channel (Instagram, TikTok or another platform) and a short plan for how you would promote Denri Africa bags. There is no follower minimum, but we do review every application.
Link to this answerDoes it cost anything to join?
No. Joining is free, and there are no fees deducted from your commission other than any mobile-money transaction charge disclosed on your payout receipt.

How do I apply?
Fill in the application form at [veniate.com]/apply. We ask for your name, email, M-Pesa phone number, your social handles and audience size, and a few sentences on how you plan to promote. You also confirm that you accept the programme terms.
Link to this answerHow long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within a few working days. You will get an email either way. If your application is declined we tell you why, and you are welcome to reapply once you have addressed the reason.
Link to this answerWhy was my application declined?
Common reasons include: no active social channel we could verify, a promotion plan that relies on coupon or voucher listing sites (which the programme terms do not allow), or an M-Pesa number that does not match your name. The decline email states the specific reason.
Link to this answerHow do I log in?
Go to the partner portal and enter your email. We send you a one-time code to type in — there is no password to remember. The code expires after a short time, so use it promptly.
Link to this answerWhat is my promo code and can I change it?
Your code is created when you are approved and usually combines your name and the discount, for example AMINA10. It is unique to you across the whole store. Codes cannot be changed once issued because sales are attributed to them; if you have a strong reason, contact support and we will look at it.

How much do I earn?
The standard rate is 10% of the eligible order subtotal, capped at KES 150 per sale. “Eligible” means bags that are not already on offer. Bags bought at a sale price earn a flat amount per bag instead of a percentage. Shipping, taxes and gift cards do not earn commission.
Link to this answerWhat are Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers?
Tiers recognise cumulative attributed sales: Bronze from the start at 10%, Silver from KES 120,000 at 12%, and Gold from KES 350,000 at 15%. [Confirm whether tiers are live for the pilot.]
Moving up a tier unlocks more than a higher rate: priority access to first releases, Denri merchandise, and invites to Denri events.
Link to this answerWhy is my commission showing as “pending”?
Every commission stays pending for 30 days after the sale to cover the returns window. After 30 days, if the order has not been refunded, it becomes payable and counts towards your balance.
Link to this answerWhat happens if a customer returns the bag?
If an order is refunded or cancelled, the commission on it is cancelled too. If it had already been paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
Link to this answerWhat are campaigns?
From time to time we run campaigns — for example a festive push with its own code such as AMINA10XMAS, a different rate, or a bonus pool for top performers. Campaigns have their own dates, caps and rules, shown in the portal when you join one. Campaigns are available once your account is fully approved.

How and when do I get paid?
Payouts are made to your registered M-Pesa number in Kenyan shillings. Once your payable balance reaches KES 1,000 you can request a withdrawal from your dashboard. We process requests [within X working days] and you receive an M-Pesa confirmation plus a receipt in the portal for every payment.
Link to this answerWhy can’t I request a payout yet?
Three things must be true: your payable balance is at least KES 1,000, your identity has been verified, and you have no other withdrawal request still in progress. Your dashboard tells you which one is holding things up.
Link to this answerWhat is identity verification and why do you need it?
Before your first payout we ask for your Kenyan national ID number and KRA PIN. We use these to confirm that the M-Pesa account belongs to you, to prevent fraud and duplicate accounts, and to meet our tax record-keeping obligations. We do not ask you to upload a photo of your ID.
Link to this answerCan I be paid to a bank account or PayPal?
Not during the pilot. M-Pesa is the only payout method.
Link to this answerCan I change my M-Pesa number?
Yes, from your profile page. For your protection, a number change may re-trigger identity verification before the next payout.

What is the leaderboard?
An optional monthly ranking of partners by attributed sales. It is opt-in: you can choose to appear with your first name or stay off it entirely, from your profile settings.
Link to this answerWhat personal information do you hold about me?
Your contact details, M-Pesa number, social handles, ID number and KRA PIN, your sales and payout history, and technical logs from your share links. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full, including how long we keep it and how to request a copy or deletion.
Link to this answerHow do I close my account?
Email partners@denriafrica.co.ke from your registered address. Any payable balance above the minimum is paid out first. We keep transaction and tax records for the period required by law, then delete or anonymise the rest.
Link to this answerHow do I get help?
Open a ticket from the Support section of your dashboard, or email partners@denriafrica.co.ke. Please do not send ID numbers or M-Pesa details over social media DMs.
